Reporting Player Injuries 
As per BCRA's insurance policy all accidents and injuries on the ice must be reported within 30 days of occurrence using the Accident and Injury form on the BCRA website. Also, inform the Head Coach by sending an email to Troy of this incident. Once an accident occurs, the practice or game must stop until the injured player is safely escorted off the ice.
